The Indigo Green Community
The Indigo Green community will offer two distinct home styles – villas and condominiums – which are both being built simultaneously.
The Villa Area was started in mid-2105 on the southwestern portion of Indigo Green, with the first homes having become available in late-2016, while construction on the Condominium Area started on the northeastern portion at the end of 2016, with its first condos having been delivered in early 2017.
The Condo Area
The Condo Area will host a variety of interesting offerings, as follows:
- 28 Vacation Condominiums – Double Master Bedroom – 1,200 square feet
- 14 Single-Level Grand Condominiums for those wanting to avoid stairs – large 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms – 2,130 square feet
- 8 Direct Ocean Access Condominiums – Double Master Bedroom – 1,270 square feet
The Condo Area will also host two community infinity pools, as well as a gym / fitness center.

The Villa Area
When completed, the Villa Area will be comprised of 19 independent villas, clustered around another community infinity pool overlooking the open waters.
These villas are being offered in three main layouts: one being on the uphill side of Indigo Green’s private street named "Green Way", while the other two will be on its ocean side.
The various villa layouts offer from 3 to 5 bedrooms with from 2 ½ or 5 bathrooms. Their living area ranges from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet – from 185 to 370 square meters.
The Villas are offered with various unique features such as:
- Two-car garages,
- Optional 4th and 5th bedrooms
- Optional roof top terraces with or without spas and covered lounges

THE INDIGO GREEN FOUNDATION
Its Purpose and Responsibilies
The main goal is to make Indigo Green a true Lock-it and Leave-it community where owners can enjoy all the benefits of living at Indigo Green, while remaining free to travel off-island as much as they wish, with the confidence that everything will be watched over and taken care of while they are away.
Such services provide by the IGF or others will not only include the usual common area landscaping, community pool maintenance and security, but will also include less expected services like irrigation and landscaping of their individual front yards and optional closing of their storm shutters.
Other uncommon facilities provided by the IGF will include maintaining a community gym.
Another often ignored but most important service that is so often overlooked in island settings is wastewater treatment. The IGF shall assure on behalf of its owners the operation of an environment-friendly wastewater treatment plant that will convert its effluent into clean water that will be recycled for the irrigation of Indigo Green’s lush landscaping.
The Indigo Green Foundation is organized to provide the following services exclusively to its residents should the owners wish:
